Here at Neptune Wash Solutions, we provide a wide range of products. These products offer slightly different features and advantages, depending on your vehicle and the conditions of your site. Our primary goal is to make sure that your vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and, if necessary, sanitized before returning to the roads.
In order to do this and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, our clients must choose the system that is a good fit for them. This can be overwhelming, especially if you’re new to our products. We will guide you through the process and help you pick the optimal system for your operation.
It all comes down to your unique circumstances: What soil type are you working with? Is there any grass or other vegetation present? How big are the vehicles that need to be washed? What does the flow of traffic look like around your worksite, and where can you safely insert a wash system without congestion? These are all important considerations, and we’ll address many of them now.
First, selecting the correct system depends primarily on the soil and how it affects your vehicle. If your vehicles are simply dusty and the particles don’t fill the tire treads, then our Neptune ProWash, Neptune Compact, or MAXIMUS Series models will do just fine. For more sticky or cohesive soil that partially fills the tire treads, our MAXIMUS II G, P, or PR Series will give you a bit more power. And finally, for sticky or cohesive soil that fills treads and the spaces between dual tires, our MAXIMUS III G, P, or PR Series will provide the maximum power to flush out the gunk that has built up in those deep crevices.
Just as significant is how big your vehicles are. Our basic automated wash systems are wide enough to accommodate cars, pickups, and even semi-trailers. But sometimes this just isn’t enough for the heavy machinery and construction equipment. Our HERCULES Series is built to accommodate the size and scale of these machines, as well as the weight and unique tread patterns. HERCULES is built for durability, power, and efficiency. These are just the basics. If you’re looking for more information, visit our website and read our product description pages.
