People have two different things that come to mind when they think the word farmer. Some people picture the country singer types, with blue jeans and a red plaid shirt. They have a tan and they ride around on a green tractor and everything is wonderful, just like a movie. Then you have other people who picture a messy pig pen that’s full of mud and excrement. They think of cows and mucking stalls out for the horses. Anyone who has grown up on a farm knows that the truth lies somewhere in the middle. Some days it may lean more to one side than the other, but it’s rarely all one of those pictures.
Some days, however, it does really feel like that second image that can come to mind. Everything seems dirty and you just want to make sure that by the end of the day there isn’t still poop on your sleeve. If that happens, you’ll call it a success. Those are the days that can be most taxing on someone working on a farm. You finally get home exhausted and just want to fall into bed but you know that you can’t. You’re covered in mud and muck so you need to shower before you can turn in for the night. This is true of more than just yourself, though. The equipment you use could probably use a shower too.
Now, I’m not suggesting you bring your tractor into the shower with you. I won’t tell you how to live your life, but that seems like it would be a little bizarre… and difficult. Neptune Wash Industries has made the choice a little easier for you. We have created an automated wash system that allows you to clean your farm equipment until it looks good as new. We even have heavy duty cycles for those really big messes that sometimes happen.
Cleaning your farm equipment is extremely important for many reasons. Although it isn’t a human and therefore won’t feel better after being cleaned, it may make a difference in the performance of the machine. Dirt and small rocks could be slowing everything down or making it more difficult. Stick around and I’ll tell you more about why you should run your equipment through a Neptune wash system.
