SOIL CONDITIONS

RECOMMENDED SYSTEM

Wheels and undercarriages are coated with dust OR sandy/granular material clings to outer wheel surfaces. Neptune ProWash or Neptune Compact
Outer wheel surfaces are soiled, but the tire profiles are mostly empty or partly filled. MAXIMUS I G, P, or PR Series
Vehicles covered is sticky/cohesive soil; fenders may be partly soiled; firm ground available to help shake off material as vehicles drive towards wheel wash system. MAXIMUS II G, P or PR Series
Sticky/cohesive soil covers tire profiles and fills dual wheel gaps; treads not completely filled; vehicles enter wheel wash system directly from exposed soil areas. MAXIMUS II G, P, or PR Series
Sticky/cohesive soil covers tire profiles and fills dual wheel gaps and treads, making tire profile flat; vehicles enter wheel wash system directly from exposed soil area and exit to road. MAXIMUS III G, P or PR Series

G: Requires excavation • P: Wash platform is buried or materials are used to transition the grade • PR: No excavation required
